After studying film theory at the University of Florida, I packed up my parent's soccer-mom minivan and drove to Los Angeles, where I sharpened my comedic timing as a stand-up comic and co-hosted a live show for hundreds of spectators. Soon after, I launched a Youtube channel that drew millions of views—my work landed on the front page of Reddit, Italy’s top news site La Republica, and Dutch network TV. A spec spot I made caught the attention of Quickframe, the Lorne Michaels–founded video marketplace, where I began producing commercials.
My debut feature film, Hatchback, a semi-autobiographical coming-of-age comedy shot guerrilla-style on the streets of LA, went on to win several awards and is now streaming on Amazon Prime.
Today, I help brands tell their stories with humor and authenticity. I produce, write, direct, and edit commercials for tech startups across platforms from TikTok to broadcast TV. I’ve also worked on Hollywood film sets for 15 years on shows like New Girl, Hacks, Palm Royale, Agents of Shield and NCIS so I understand what’s needed for a successful shoot. I’ve been told I run a "laid back" set, one that keeps crews and talent relaxed, inspired, and free from the dreaded thousand-yard stare, which I’m proud of.
